Indonesia province rebuilt years after tsunami

Nine years after a tsunami devastated Indonesia's Aceh province, aid programmes have helped the region bounce back. It's mostly down to a 7.2 billion dollar aid programme, which saw the reconstruction of entire towns. And as Step Vaessen reports, the focus is now turning from reconstruction to improving the area's tsunami warning system.
