Colombian court gives green light for peace talks with FARC

A Colombian court has ruled that a framework drawn up for peace talks between the government and FARC rebels is constitutional.
The Legal Framework for Peace, approved by Congress last year, has been criticised by the opposition and human rights groups as a "backdoor amnesty" for horrific crimes committed by FARC since the rebel group formed in 1964.
