Tv9 Gujarat - Woman who had complained to VUDA office before incident killed in collapse

In Vadoara , bizzare incident of residential building collapsed on Wednesday. In the incident, lady named Ratna died but as per video information, she had complained to VUDA often but VUDA officers took it easy and owing to irresponsibility of the VUDA office, 11 killed in incident.
