Pakistan police killed in funeral bombing

A suicide bomber has killed at least 37 people in southwest Pakistan, including several senior police officers, at the funeral of a fellow policeman in the city of Quetta. Several senior police officers attending the funeral of a fellow policeman who was killed earlier on Thursday, were killed in the explosion. Among the dead were Deputy Inspector General Fayyaz Sumbal, and Deputy Superintendent of Police Headquarters, Shamsuddin. Al Jazeera's Imtiaz Tyab reports from Islamabad.
