A beautiful sunny day, Sunday, April 21 in Westerlee. The site housed many stalls with all kinds of craft products, such as clothing, mainly made of homespun wool.
The stand of The Dutch Parrot Foundation has attracted a lot of attention and many visitors came to check it out. The atmosphere was very good, everyone was clearly having a great time. There are nice discussions with interested parties and many children got their faces painted. Our Noterij ® was a success again. Many people tried their luck and many people won something. Our birds have had every opportunity to enjoy the good weather. Relaxing in the jungle, enjoying the sun and the attention given by the visitors.
Although the main event during this day was the inspection and rating of a the various alpacas, The Dutch Parrot Foundation did not want for attention. We can look back on a nice, warm and sunny day. And we are very happy with the generous donation we received of the people organising the event.
