As like all other normal kid, as a child Anand Gandhi wish to do all the countable things. But when he grew older, Gandhi realised he could do all as a filmmaker. And the result is Ship of Theseus, Gandhi’s debut feature film that has flaunted audiences and critics at film festivals worldwide. .
The movie is a story of a blind photographer, a Jain monk and a stockbroker. The film explores "questions of identity, justice, beauty, meaning and death through the stories.
After three years, the film was premiered in 2012 Toronto international film festival, which was critically applauded. It has received positive reviews from both Indian and international press. And has been hailed as “the most significant film to come out of India in a very long time”.
The movie stars Adia Al-Khashef, Neeraj Kabi, Sohum Shah. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release in India on 19 July 2013..
