Came across a dog in my neighbor hood that was chained and stuffed into a too small broken cage. I let it run free so it could at least be happy for a day.
Since this video was taken I have talked with the owner a few times. I've always tried to be polite. The dog is no longer kept in that cage. She ate it. No, I'm kidding...she keeps it in her home now and I've seen her walking it outside.
