After a four year span as the first lady of France, Carla Bruni is getting back to her roots with her fourth studio album "Little French Songs".
Bruni simply describes the eleven-track CD as a "song album".

"It's a little pop from time to time, but my type of music is folk. Folk music that I can just play my music with a guitar, you know, I don't need to have like an orchestra or a special production."
The 45-year-old pays tribute to her husband, Nicolas Sarkozy, who was the president of France from 2007 to 2012, with the song "Mon Ramond".
When asked how he felt about the musical love letter, Bruni said she thinks he's okay with it.

"I think he liked it. Well, you know, it's a love song, so you know. But of course, you know, being the muse for a song is not a position that a man usually has naturally. But it's a tender song."
