Russell Brand put in a colorful appearance on the the US news show 'Morning Joe' on the 18th of June. Being his usual wacky self, Brand got the program's anchor Mika Brezinski all flustered when he said she should be careful with the low cut dress she was wearing, because he's a man and he has instincts.
