Uttarakhand: All choppers on standby

Over 5000 people are feared dead in U'khand floods and even as rescue operations across Uttarakhand are being affected owing to bad weather. Around 200 people stranded across Gobindghat have been rescued. But 500 people are still stranded in the region, and over 7000 people are stranded in Badrinath.
