Military deployed to rescue India flood victims

Emergency workers in India are scrambling to rescue people affected by heavy flooding in the north. Torrential rains have washed away hundreds of homes and roads, killing at least 64 people and leaving thousands stranded. Al Jazeera's Sohail Rahman reports.
