TOMMY PEACOCK - I MISS THE WORLD

Tommy Peacock born in Halifax, Nova Scotia moved to Oklahoma at a young age but grew up in a Suburb of Detroit, MI. His band
turned professional after High School and was one of the premier acts on the Michigan Club Scene. On countless gigs (toured half the US
and Canada) he honed his showmanship but could grow no more. In need of a life change and an urging from a friend (superstar drummer
Tommy C) Tommy thought.. ... his pops said "Go West young man!" So he did.
Tommy hit the streets of LA in search of rock n' roll comrades. He quickly formed punk band Tommy Peacock and The Gas. Rich in
So-Cal riffs and over the top stage antics TPATG rose to the top of the LA scene bringing hundreds to venues up and down the Sunset
Strip. Tommy's parents reigning from the blue collar North of England instilled a work ethic in him. Gigs, rehearsals, recording and
working in the wee hours of the morning was his grind. Without the same ferocity from his band mates he became burnt out and quit.

Tommy Peacock arrived in 2013 with a new release. The "World Song Sessions" (W.S.S.) More focused than his debut "Are you Alive?!" EP (2011) and leaning more poppy than the harder "Best I Feel" EP (2012). "I Miss the World", the first single is a high energy, whimsical song that captures that feel-GREAT-moment in life. Hard to describe, yes, but you got to listen. "On top of the World" is the superficial ride of a band giging in LA. The bonus track is one from the vault. "The Kids Say" LIVE! including a boisterous band intro. These three tunes display Tommy Peacock's vibe to a T. Asked "Why the World Song Sessions Tommy?"........"Because, we think big".
