The Kenyan Human Rights Commission says 90 thousand Kenyans were executed, tortured or maimed, and 160 thousand were detained in appalling conditions.
On Thursday, British Foreign Secretary William Hague told the House of Commons that more than 5,200 Kenyans will be compensated in a package worth $31m.
