Firefighters battle a deadly, blaze that killed four of their own in Houston, Texas, on Friday.

The firefighters died when the hotel's roof collapsed on top of them while they were searching for victims.

Now investigators are looking into the incident to determine the fire's cause.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) HOUSTON MAYOR ANNISE PARKER SAYING:

"We already started debriefing the firefighters on scene last night. They'll go through the weekend so we want to get it while everything is fresh."

In the meantime, the community has come together to remember those who lost their lives.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) ANASTACIO URBINA, GALVESTON FIREFIGHTER, SAYING:

"We're all brothers in this thing together. They're not alone. We're together on this, including our families."

Fourteen firefighters were taken to the hospital with injuries, including one whose leg was amputated.
