Rival Honduras gangs declare truce

Honduras has the highest murder rate in the world - and gangs are the main perpetrators of the violence. But now two of the largest and most dangerous street gangs have agreed to end all violence. Al Jazeera's Rachel Levin reports from San Pedro Sula.
