Intensifying its probe into the Indian Premier League (IPL) betting racket, Mumbai police today (May 23) issued summons to Chennai Super King's CEO Gurunath Meiyappan asking him to appear before it tomorrow for questioning after he was found to be in "frequent touch" with actor Vindoo Dara Singh, arrested in connection with the scandal. Chennai Super Kings CEO Gurunath Meiyappan sought time till Monday (May 27) to appear before Mumbai police for questioning in connection with the IPL betting scandal, police said.
