Search efforts continue in Indonesia to retrieve the bodies of victims killed in a mine collapse accident.

The copper mine, located in West Papua, is owned by Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Incorporated and is the world's second largest.

14 people were killed, and 14 others are still missing after a tunnel in the mine collapsed last week.

The company said rockfalls were hampering rescue efforts.

"We want to provide support, we want our people here that are working now to be safe because it's dangerous situation and they are doing that. And we are going to respond to this, and we're going to do everything we do to make sure this never happens again."

The initial impact on supplies is likely to be minimal as the company keeps large stockpiles on hand.
