Ylotana is a harmonious blend of music, art and writing that propels five 5 unique projects and incorporates all of the aforementioned disciplines into a coherent whole. With two music studios in Moscow and London, Ylotana consistently strives to create electronic music that matches the expressive tone of the etchings and stories that accompany each musical piece. This is at the core of what Ylotana endeavors to accomplish as a group.

With a multicultural mix of musicians, contemporary artists, graphic illustrators, composer and writers, Ylotana provides a layered concept of multidimensional creativity to the masses.

As mentioned, there are five primary projects each with their own unique storyline. The storyline directs the music and the art fleshing them out so that the audience gets the concept of each.

Which aspect of Ylotana becomes your primary focus is up to the participant. Music lovers will no doubt hone in on the electro-dance hybrid that Ylotana offers, while connoisseurs of art will enjoy the contemporary nuances of Ylotana’s artistic team.

Literary enthusiasts can find small snippets of in the morality tales that Ylotana provides, giving them an insight in human behavior as well as a fun read. Each fable has its own symbolism and identity, yet manages to become a part of the whole that makes up the innovative project.

It is not often that one hears of a music enterprise having a goal, but for creator Anatoly Podkopov, the end aim is simple. To make music that moves the masses and gives them something to think about simultaneously.

This is not an easy feat to pull of by any stretch of the imagination so it is an undertaking that is very ambitious. To that end, one hopes that a concept like Ylotana manages to take flight and makes its way into the entertainment world.

Multimedia art has seen a slow demise over the years to the detriment of art world. Ylotana brings this creative voice back in full force in a way that works.
