I am Italy based Punjabi folk singer. Professionally I am very new in this field, with just a single title:BILLO, in my credit.
I am born and bought up in a village known as Latour,(ਲਟੌਰ) in Fatehgarh Sahib district of Punjab. I started singing as a kid as I had this inborn talent with Almighty's blessings. I futher nurtured my this hobby during my school days at Baba Zorawar Singh Fateh Singh Senior Secondary Public School, and then at Mata Gujri College, Fatehgarh Sahib. The first main boost came here only when I won a gold medal in Inter-college competition, Punjabi University, Patiala. I have received full family and my teachers' support during my this effort.
It was recently only that my voice was recognized by renowned lyricist Harwinder Oharpuri who opened professional doors for me with my debut album Billo. It was released worldwide. By musicMindz in India, Music waves in Canada, Sagoo dreams in Australia, Saahil music in UK and Jugni Records in Italy released my album.
Currently I am based in Modena, Italy with my family and trying to serve my mother language and promoting my culture in Europe under the guidance of my fans worldwide.
