The Million Dollar Makeover a reality television series about people helping people. Changing one lives one room at a time. Check it out! The original Million Dollar Decorator way before Bravo - Daniel Murphy Host and Co-Creator of the TV series stepped in with due diligence and started one of the first Makeover shows that is real not put on, nothing pushed, no conflict created like all the other series. Just follow the story of generous Businesses, and just average People, helping a total stranger with a picker upper, through a Personal and Room Makeover. Co-Hosted by the talented Kasia Bodurka.

This first episode is a special one, we had to air the episode early in December 2006 because we thought the recipient may lose her life from Ovarian Cancer. So we made the request to our Station Manager Steve Simic who with grace had no problem airing the first episode early due to the Circumstances. After the first episode was aired, it was a hit. Our ratings supposedly, supposedly because we were told has Producers that there were no Neilson Ratings or Ratings period for Rogers TV, but after talking to Master Control in Toronto, we found out that our episodes where drawing has much as an audience has First Local News. To Produce/Direct/Edit The Million Dollar Makeover, I took a Simple Reality Documentary format, follow the story, nothing set up, other than some jokes to lighten the show. Please note we did not create chaos scenarios has many other Decorating Shows whom follow suite after us started doing in order to raise better ratings. Not a good thing. We kept it real, and it became a phenomena when our last episode made it National across Canada on the Roger Communications Network. We had 32 sponsors in total fitting the bill from 3000 dollars worth of curtains from Classic Drapery and Upholstery, to 1000 dollars worth of Paint from ICS, Accessories to 1000 - 2000 from Sure Fit Factory Outlet, to our Limousine service from Ultimate Limousine, LaFontaine's High End Couture, Cordon Sue's, Holiday Inn Express, South Wood Bed & Breakfast, Orin Isaacs MOCA Music Original theme song and original Series Music, all aired the Rogers Communications.
