Initially the firm was manufacturing, marketing and buying copyrights of audio programs and later expanded, and became a leading business in video & audio CD labels. Also know for DVD Manufacturing, Religious video CD Dealers, English Video CD Dealers, Audio CD Manufacturing, Video CD Dealers and much more. Today the company has ventured into not only acquiring audio contents but also in new media revenue streams along with producing films and programs and he has produced 150 films in different languages.

Apart from this, in 2018, the possibilities of the digital age will be understood and started a digital academy called Digimark Academy to bring digital courses to others. Now former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly is the brand ambassador and more than 2000 students are currently studying in it.
