i really dislike Bill O'Reilly right now... im a lesbian and people like him strip away my self-esteem, he compared homosexuality to drug use... i mean really?

this guy's argument makes no sense. he says that he doesn't want the couple to be seen together because it's a display of sexuality and therefore inappropriate, but if the couple were heterosexual, then it's not a display of sexuality? what??? that makes no sense! and then the drug argument? how is doing drugs in any way similar to being homosexual? even if homosexuality is harmful to society in some way, you can't even compare it to the horrors that the illegal drug trade can cause (gangs, human trafficking, death because of addiction...)
They got voted cutest couple because the majority considered them the cutest couple. No malicious intent or opened for bigotry displays as O'reilly is know for and just has to attack around every turn when it is a gay topic! It is no surprise that he is a BIGOT and that he lives to continue the nasty Bible Thumpimg Hate filled agenda. Normal is normal according to the individuals. His opinion is a straight haters opinion and will be tunnel vision because small mindedness has no other outlet but to condemn something gay which is other than what the honophobe believes in. We all are different and have a right to be with who we choose to be with. To try to compare it to some other rediculous non associative context shows his ignorant stupity!
I won't argue against O'Reilly's opinion, doing so would imply his opinion holds enough value to be taken seriously in the first place. Like he deserves that much respect.
If I heard correctly, he suggested that 'abnormal' behaviour should not be displayed in public? What does that even mean? That a behaviour which is carried out by a minority of the population shouldn't be seen in public? That sounds fascist or authoritarian to me. It's obvious that, at the root of these absurd arguments, is a disrespect for homosexuals.
Bill is an ignorant, stubborn asshole who can't even try to accept anything that isn't his narrow-minded opinion. He doesn't even make sense here. Hopefully there aren't any people who are actually convinced by his "argument." Dr. Berman handled him far better than I could have and actually makes an argument based on something other than prejudice. She sounds intelligent, while he just sounds like a total prick. I respect her as much as I don't respect him, which is a lot. Rock on doctor!
