Les Boyz II Men en profitent également pour se lancer dans la production de nouveaux artistes. Ils produiront notamment le chanteur Uncle Sam qui sortira trois clips : Can You Feel It (dans lequel les Boyz II Men font une apparition), I Don't Ever Want to See You Again (dans lequel apparait Michael Mc Cary) et Baby you are. En 1998, ils participent à la BO du dessin animé de Walt Disney le Prince d'Égypte avec le single I will get there. Au début de l'année 2000, le groupe enregistre un nouvel album Nathan Michael Shawn Wanya chez Universal. Il en est d'ailleurs extrait le titre Pass you by. Les clips de l'album sont Pass you by et Thank you in advance. L'album est loin d'être un succès et d'ailleurs les membres du groupe avoueront eux-même avoir manqué d'inspiration. En 2001, les Boys II men sortent leur premier best of qui regroupe leurs plus grands hits. En 2002, le groupe signe chez Arista et revient avec Full Circle. Le seul clip extrait de l'album est The color of love et est réalisé par quatre réalisateurs différents (un pour chacun des membres du groupe).
