I've seen a few videos like this now and I have to say, I have many friends overseas that know nothing about the US or even their own country. I in no way consider them stupid as they are extremely brilliant and mentally stimulating people. Politics are very unexciting, and I know ALOT of people agree with me on that. Its completely independent of the US, some people are suited for politics and some are not, its expected that some of who knows how many people questioned would be baffled by some of these simple questions. Also they were put on the spot and probably in a wtf kind of mood so thats also something very important to consider.
Oh god, this is epic fail... I am an American as well but I at least knew the anwser to every single question here, and I'm a teenager...You see, even though I'm american, I'm hispanic descent, so I try to identify more with them than I do with other Americans... And to you guys saying only smart people are foreign... the top... I'd say... 20% of Americans(where i am) are significantly smarter than the rest. And that's by like.. 40 IQ points.

I would like to see this unedited. Too many cutaways and answers without hearing the question. Must be nice to walk around and ask questions only to play tape that displays your point of view. No doubt there are some idiots out there. This is the usual liberal bullshit, and not typical of the Americans I associate with.
O.M.G I've been reading through the comments and the American's that have tried to defend this video have made themselves look dumb. "wickir" The Cold War was WWIII...er not it wasn't that's why people call it The Cold War not World War 3. Sure it involved a lot of people, but it still wasn't a World War. Oh, and the brightest minds come to the West? EXACTLY The actual Americans are dumb, the only bright people are FOREIGN. Okay, this vid doesn't count for the entire population but I know A LOT of yanks are like this. You have no idea about world issues because all you broadcast on your tabloid news channels is stuff about your own damn country. Most people don't even realise America was made good by Brits..George Washington being one of them. He had more Brit in his blood than yank. United Kingdom..oh dear. North Korea as Autralia and not noticing? Oh dear... They just said the first country that came into their tiny minds on the 'who to invade next' part.
