A pending US Congress bill that will force online retailers to collect internet sales taxes is welcome news for traditional stores.
As more and more people go online to shop, local mom-and-pop pop businesses are feeling the heat.
Currently, online sellers are only required to collect local taxes in states where they have a physical operation.
Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports from Front Royal, Virginia.
