    Q&A: Women's advocate hits Indian police 'inaction'

    Five months ago the gang rape of an Indian medical student led to public anger and weeks of protests.
    Much of the public anger were directed at the authorities, who have vowed to address to problem.

    In an interview with Al Jazeera, Kavitha Krishna, of the All India Progressive Women's Association, said not much has change since the high profile case last December 2012.

    Krishna said the Indian police continues to drag their feet when it comes to the issue of rape.
