    The video describes how to set password in your office document in 2007. Follow the steps given bellow -

    Click office ICON - > Prepare -> Encrypt Document -> type password -> retype password -> OK

    SAVE and close the word document.

    Try to reopen the file.
    The file asking for password.

    Type your password. The file is now open.
