A group of friends create a $1.6 million Batmobile tumbler.

Millions of people around the world would love to have their own Batmobile.

Several friends in Saudi Arabia got together, pooling their funds and skills to create their very own custom Batmobile.

Referring to themselves as Team Galag, the unnamed and unidentified individuals will use their new replicated low-riding Tumbler to take part in the Gumball 3000 competition, which is scheduled to take place on May 19th, 2013 in Copenhagen.

The event is essentially a 3,000-mile high-end road rally.

The team spent $1.6 million on their Batmobile, which is equipped with a 6.2-liter V-8 engine with 400-horsepower.

Earlier this year, the official , nostalgic Batmobile which appeared in the 1960s Batman Television series sold for a shocking $4.6 million. The vehicle was sold at Barrett Jackson's annual auction near Scottsdale, Arizona.

It was originally a 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car that was painted pearl white prior to all of the radical body work. The car came with a Batphone, smoke and two rear-mounted parachutes which allowed for rapid turning capabilities.
