Turkey believes fighters loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad are to blame for the two car bombs that killed more than 40 people in the Turkish border town of Reyhanli on Saturday. Authorities have arrested nine people in the country including the alleged mastermind according to deputy prime minister Besir Atalay.
