    Thanks for directing me to your other Downey upload P. I just love Morton's unusual voice. This is so smooth and sophisticated. ~~Will be on a personal playlist of greatest music of the 30s that you can sit and listen to for hours on end during the early morn hours.

    Very nice. Morton was a close friend of Joe Kennedy, JFK's father. Joe was on the fringe of show business in the 20s & 30s mainly as a financier for eastern banking investors in Hollywood movie productions and other projects requiring infusions of cash. He got to know many "stars" that way.
