In monasteries around Rakhine State, young monks are taught about Buddhist principles like morality and purity. But increasingly, they're also getting a message about religious intolerance. According to some, there is no room for Buddhists and Muslims to live alongside eachother in the same town. It's the capital of Rakhine State in western Myanmar where more than 200 people were killed last year and more than a hundred thousand left homeless. Most of them were Muslims who were attacked by groups of Buddhists. Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Sittwe, Rakhine state.
