    Super Quick and Tasty Roasted Panko Potatoes

    Hello Everyone! This is our first video recipe, where we make Crispy Roasted Potatoes that are easy to make and great tasting.More recipes on the way...
    Full Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    10 small to medium potatoes
    8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
    Panko ( Japanese bread crumbs)
    Salt
    Pepper

    Optional ingredients
    1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon of curry powder

    Preparation
    Cut potatoes into quarters.
    Or, French fry strips.
    Or, a combination of both.
    Wash and dry potatoes
    thoroughly.
    Place them into large mixing bowl
    Add the oil
    Mix it well with the potatoes
    Add Panko
    Mix it so it coats the potatoes completely.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Optional
    Add the turmeric, curry powder
    and mix it well.
    Spread the potatoes onto
    a baking tray lined with
    foil or parchment paper
    (to prevent the potatoes from sticking
    onto foil or parchment surface, spray
    with cooking spray).
    Place tray into pre-heated
    400 degree oven and
    set timer for 35 minutes.
