    Bolivia launches 'Quinoa Trail' for tourists

    Quinoa is a grain that's been eaten as a staple food in the Andes for centuries - now, its health benefits have made it fashionable in the west, and the Bolivian government hasn't been slow to make the most of this, launching a "quinoa trail" for tourists to follow.
