The Netherlands' largest building is set to open later this year.

The eye-catching development in the Dutch port of Rotterdam is the brainchild of the Office of Metropolitan Architecture (OMA), a partnership founded by renowned architect and professor Rem Koolhaasm.

Koolhaasm has also been chosen to build an entirely new city in Qatar.

The "De Rotterdam" project will be 150 metres tall and carriy the signature Koolhaasm style.

Al Jazeera's Nadim Baba reports from Rotterdam.
