Iran’s oil exports rise. Despite efforts by the United States and some of its allies to limit Iran’s ability to produce and sell crude oil in international markets, a new report by the International Energy Agency says Western sanctions have been, quote, "negligible". According to the report by the 28-nation group of oil importers, Iran’s exports rose to 1.28 million barrels a day in February, from 1.13 million barrels a month earlier. Iranian energy officials confirm the report.
