Jenna Jameson is accused of battery.
The former “queen of porn” is reportedly in some legal trouble. Jenna Jameson was recently detained for allegedly attacking an unidentified victim.
The incident was said to have occurred at a home in Newport Beach.
Jameson was taken into police custody and later released on her own recognizance. Although little is known about the occurrence, the 38-year-old ex-porn star is said to know the alleged victim.
Jameson took to social media after the incident, tweeting that an acquaintance broke into her home and took everything. There were no reported injuries but Jameson has received a court date for the hearing on the misdemeanor battery charge.
In May of 2012, Jameson was arrested for drinking and driving after she crashed her Range Rover into a lamppost. She was arrested and later released.
She also encountered minor injuries resulting from the crash. Jameson later pleaded guilty in court to drunk driving and received three years of probation.
