Punk rock singer Avril Lavigne is back with new music and proclaims she is never growing up! Hello Clevvies thanks for watching ClevverMusic for all your music news every day! Avril Lavigne, engaged to Nickelback's Chad Kroeger, has dropped her anticipated new song called "Here's to Never Growing Up" which insinuates she will forever remain young at heart. Avril's new single, co-written with her fiancé, is reminiscent of what fans love her for; having the same anthem acoustic sound that made her 2002 single "Complicated" a hit. The cover art for the track sees a nude Avril cudding a large teddy bear, but make no mistake this is not a kid's song.

Her lyrics reference, "singing Radiohead at the top of our lungs" and just enjoying living young. As the song progresses other lyrics are more Ke$ha-like such as, "go hard this weekend/for no damn reason/I don't think we will ever change" as well as, "running down the street saying kiss my ass." The beat is catchy and is something you can sing along to with friends in the car this summer. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest this morning Avril commented on her single stating, "It's a pop rock tune. And it's just about being young, having fun, being present, living in the moment and that's what I love to do." She also commented that you can expect a "heavier song" titled "Bad Girl" where she collaborates with Marilyn Manson as well as a duet with her finance Chad Kroeger, and a song called "Hello Kitty" where she sings in Japanese. This is Avril's first album since 2011's "Goodbye Lullaby" making it her 5th studio album. The album has not been titled, but is scheduled to be released just in time for summer.
