Romanian town mayor tries to help Roma

Six million Roma people live in the European Union but the largest community is in Romania. Many live in exclusion and poverty. One local mayor says he has a radical solution for dealing with the community's issues. But not everyone is happy with the plan, Al Jazeera's Simon McGregor-Wood reports from Mare, northern Romania.
