Violinist Mike Speciale led several dance orchestras in the 1920's. He was also the office manager for Ray Miller's booking agency called Cosmopolitan Orchestras Inc.. They were credited for discovering the Mound City Blue Blowers, and also contracted with King Oliver and Ben Bernie. This excellent record was made in 1925. Vocal by Arthur Hall. Please slightly reduce playback sound level using the in-screen sliding control, in order to reduce distortion that appeared due to compression after upload.

Indeed, Jack, only Edison could deliver 4 minutes of continuous music in those days, and we're happy he did, since this recording has a lot of interesting solo work hasn't it.

Great arrangement. Was this an Edison? 4 minute records were something in 1925. Also on the cusp of electrical recordings.
