Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for Playstation Portable developed by Kojima Productions and published by Konami. While being released for the PSP, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is not a side-story or spinoff. This is a new entry in the on-going Metal Gear storyline. The game features Snake/Big Boss infiltrating Costa Rica on a mission. While feeling very much like a Metal Gear game, it does introduce many new gameplay features, including the ability to recruit new members and research/develop weapons and gear. In addition to the story missions, there are also around a hundred Extra Ops, that can earn new gear and weapons. The game is a great mix of old and new, keeping what makes Metal Gear great but also bringing in many new elements to make the game feel very much its own. This video review features video gameplay footage of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for Playstation Portable and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.
