Ma Wen Wei has been the shelter administrator at Suzhou Small Animals Protection Association for a year and a half, taking care of animals rescued from the meat trade.
He tells us that "The conditions at the shelter are not very good but there is cohesion of love from many animal lovers and it has become a safe haven for stray animals. I hope more people can lend a helping hand to give these adorable animals a warm home".
