As the winter finally draws to an end, many people in Europe are having to skip a vacation this year due to a lack of money. And that downturn in business is hitting hotels hard.

The Huelva province in southern Spain is one of the most popular destinations for domestic holidaymakers. But with many regular guests staying away this year, local hotel managers are looking to visitors from Germany, Britain and France to make up the deficit.
