Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Rainbow Six for Playstation 1 developed by Rebellion and published by Red Storm Entertainment. Rainbow Six has always been a deep tactical first person shooter. But for its port to the original PS1, many things had to be eliminated during the process. These include some of the things that made the series popular such as issuing commands, organizing teams of squad members, and mapping waypoints in pre-mission. Without these, Rainbow Six becomes more of a standard shooter. It is understandable why these things went away for the port, but fans of the PC will have difficulty playing without them. This video review features video gameplay footage of Rainbow Six for Playstation 1 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.
