Niki’s Watermelon Juice Recipe - A super refreshing Watermelon Juice Recipe that is very satisfying. Try it post workout, it's awesome. Niki and Con had a ball producing this video.
Serves 1 Prep 5mins
2 cups seedless watermelon, sliced or chopped
6 mint leaves
6 ice cubes
Blend watermelon and mint in a blender and then pour over your ice cubes in a glass.

Watermelon is rich in electrolytes and water content, great for quenching your thirst. It is also a great source of Vitamins A, B6,C, anti-oxidant flavonoids and lycopene.
