A Craigslist ad leads to the rescue of several three-day-old puppies.

Do you find puppies cute?

Recently, Panda Paws Rescue based in Vancouver, Washington saved a litter of three-day-old puppies.

The founder of the organization, named Amanda stumbled across a Craigslist advertisement which listed 7 brand new Pit-bull puppies. The woman who owned the pups claimed they need re-homing and asked for a $100 fee for each dog.

Amanda immediately took to Facebook knowing that the puppies could die if taken away from their mother at such a young age. She asked people to contact the police in Fontana, California, which is where the ad was listed.

Animal control officers abruptly confiscated the puppies along with the mother and took them to an animal clinic. Sadly, one of the baby pit bulls had already been sold and couldn’t immediately be recovered.

Panda Paws will find new homes for the pups when they are ready to go, at 8 weeks old.

Earlier this year, a couple in Florida was arrested for selling sick puppies on Craigslist. Prices for the new pups ranged from $250 to $400.

The pair was charged with scheming to defraud after seven North Florida residents realized that their puppies had fake vaccination papers.
