Former Southend United manager Paul Sturrock joined Richard and Andy to discuss his departure from the helm of the Roots Hall outfit.

The Scot reveals he was looking to move on to pastures new in the summer as his contract came to a close and insists he leaves the Shrimpers on good terms, despite the ill timing of his dismissal.

Sturrock also said club chairman Ron Martin is fair to allow him to take charge of the team for their upcoming Johnstone's Paint Trophy final at Wembley, despite the appointment of new manager Phil Brown.
