Is 'Guardians Of The Galaxy' attempting to go for a 'Star Wars' vibe? When it comes to the artistic direction and prop design, we have reason to believe that the upcoming film may be trying to follow suit. According to Bleeding Cool, 'Guardians Of The Galaxy' has enlisted help from Brian Muir, a British sculptor known for his work on movie props, most famously for his creations we've seen in the Star Wars franchise. Muir is the man behind the iconic Darth Vader helmet, Stromtrooper armor, and he even helped put the finishing touches on C3PO's golden suit. Other than Star Wars, you've also seen his work in movies like 'Alien,' and 'Raiders of the Lost Ark,' where he worked on the prop for the Ark of the Covenant. It's not confirmed whether or not Muir was hired to work on Star Lord's mask, but according to Bleeding Cool, they seem to think that's exactly what's going on here, which would be pretty awesome if it ends up being true. We'll keep you updated when we know more, but trivia fans, this might be a little som'n som'n that could win you a game of Jeopardy sometime in the near future. So what do you think? Is bringing Brian Muir on to work on 'Guardians of the Galaxy' move that will help bring a little Hollywood movie magic to the props? It's been said that 'Guardians of the Galaxy' is going for a 'Star Wars' look and feel, and this might be help them get there. Tell us what you think, and keep checking back for more updates!
