US military wants to renovate Guantanamo

US President Barack Obama famously promised five years ago to close the US detention facility at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. But now, the controversial prison may receive renovations funds - with less than a quarter of the requested $200 million to go towards housing for detainees. A large sum, meanwhile, would be used for new barracks for US troops. Al Jazeera's Rosalind Jordan reports.
