Police arrested a man in Colorado after he allegedly sent a threatening letter to state representative Rhonda Fields and her daughter. The man, 42-year-old Franklin Glenn Sain, allegedly wrote "There will be blood," and "I’m coming for you!" Sain was charged with harassing and threatening a public officials.
