    Tom Clements -- executive director of the Colorado Department of Corrections -- was shot to death Tuesday night, reportedly after he answered the front door to his home in Monument, Colorado. Police have not yet named a suspect and don’t know if Clements, 58, was targeted or if he was attacked at random.
